What products are used for candles and melts?

Our candles are made with natural soy wax, 100% biodegradable vegetable. It is environmentally friendly and does not release any toxic substances. Our wicks are made of untreated cotton, which ensures a clean and regular combustion. Our fragrances come from Grasse, a city renowned for being the world capital of perfumery and known for its quality.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times do not include order preparation time, which may vary depending on the time of year and current events.

COLISSIMO OR MONDIAL RELAY AT A RELAY POINT - 5 to 8 working days - from €4.55

DELIVERY TO EUROPE:

Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns, in accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

To benefit from an exchange refund:

• You must send an email within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• You must return the product in a tracked parcel (proof of deposit must be kept)
• The product must be new, undamaged and complete (with any accessories, original packaging). If these do not meet the conditions or the item has not been well enough preserved after transport, BOHOJOY reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the returned item(s).
  

Items that show signs of wear or deterioration, or that are not returned in their original packaging, will not be accepted.

Certain products cannot be returned, in particular sealed products (cosmetics, candles or scented melts) which have been opened after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons are not taken back in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Steps to follow:

1. Send an email to bohojoypro@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return an item.

2. You will receive a return form to complete with your first name, last name and order number.

3. Insert this form into the returned package.

4. Print a shipping slip via Colissimo, Mondial Relay or directly at the post office (costs are the buyer's responsibility).

5. Drop off the package and track its progress.

Exceptional case: Return costs will be refunded only in the event of an error on our part (incorrect model, item or color).

If the return deadline is exceeded, we will not be able to accept the return.

After verification, if the return is accepted we will inform the customer accordingly and initiate the return procedure.

General precautions for use with fondants:

• Use in a suitable burner
• Do not add water
• Avoid overheating, do not leave the burner on for more than 3-4 hours at a time, avoid overheating
• Safe location, place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Avoid drafts and proximity to flammable objects
• Out of reach of children and animals
• Avoid contact with melted wax, handle the burner with care and allow it to cool.
• Turn off the heat source after use, turn off the heat source and allow to cool
• Responsible disposal, do not throw away any products that could clog the pipes
• Moderate use of scented products that can affect air quality and to minimize environmental impact and irritation

Recommended Decorative Use:

Our collections of decorative melts and solid soaps are carefully designed to beautify your spaces in your home. We would like to point out that the majority of our creations, although made with quality ingredients, are primarily intended for decorative use . It is entirely possible to use these products for personal use, especially for SLS-free soaps, however we would like to inform you that we recommend decorative use in order to preserve their aesthetics and our artisanal creations.
