The product must be new, undamaged and complete (with any accessories, original packaging). If these do not meet the conditions or the item has not been well enough preserved after transport, BOHOJOY reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the returned item(s).
Items that show signs of wear or deterioration, or that are not returned in their original packaging, will not be accepted.
