What are the boxes made of?

Gift boxes consist of different products carefully selected according to the chosen theme. Each box systematically includes a set of stainless steel jewelry, as well as various additional products that may vary such as cosmetics, scented candles, bouquets of dried flowers, artisanal fondants as well as handmade decorative elements.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the availability or artisanal creation of the products, the chosen payment method and the destination country.

STANDARD DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE:

COLISSIMO STANDARD 3 to 6 working days - from €5.25

COLISSIMO OR MONDIAL RELAY AT A RELAY POINT - 5 to 8 working days - from €4.55

DELIVERY TO EUROPE:

COLISSIMO STANDARD - 3 to 10 working days - from €14.85

Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns, in accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

To benefit from an exchange refund:

• You must send an email within 14 days of receiving your goods.
• You must return the product in a tracked parcel (proof of deposit must be kept)
• The product must be new, undamaged and complete (with any accessories, original packaging). If these do not meet the conditions or the item has not been well enough preserved after transport, BOHOJOY reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of the returned item(s).
  

Items that show signs of wear or deterioration, or that are not returned in their original packaging, will not be accepted.

Certain products cannot be returned, in particular sealed products (cosmetics, candles or scented melts) or earrings and piercings that have been opened after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons are not taken back in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

Steps to follow:

1. Send an email to bohojoypro@gmail.com to notify us of your intention to return an item.

2. You will receive a return form to complete with your first name, last name and order number.

3. Insert this form into the returned package.

4. Print a shipping slip via Colissimo, Mondial Relay or directly at the post office (costs are the buyer's responsibility).

5. Drop off the package and track its progress.

Exceptional case: Return costs will be refunded only in the event of an error on our part (incorrect model, item or color).

If the return deadline is exceeded, we will not be able to accept the return.

After verification, if the return is accepted we will inform the customer accordingly and initiate the return procedure.

How do you maintain the shine of your jewelry?

To preserve the shine of your stainless steel jewelry and guarantee their longevity:

• Clean them regularly with a soft cloth to preserve their shine
• Avoid contact with chemicals, chlorine or perfumes
• Proper storage in a box or one of our cases, pouches to avoid scratches and humidity
• Thoroughly clean if necessary with warm water and mild soap, then dry immediately with a clean cloth to avoid water spots.
